WE went to Jared and Melissa's place for dinner on Monday night, and wound up dying of happy. The corn was soaked, barbequed in the husk, peeled, barbequed some more.... now this is the good stuff..... slathered with spicy chili homemade mayo, and then cheese was added, and lime juice. (Andrew added cilantro *gag*).
Seriously. THE MOST delicious corn I have ever had. I googled it, and it is apparently called "Elote" but that is also just the word for corn on the cob I think....whatever, names dont matter.
